Toronto, Montreal, Halifax and other Canadian departures to Glasgow, Scotland in late May are about as low as they get, all with Westjet. The Halifax flights are nonstop. I searched through Google flights to find the deals. There’s so much to do and see in Scotland, but for me the lifeblood of any country can be found in its small towns. Here’s a small town itinerary from Visit Scotland that looks like it would make a wonderful trip. It starts 19 miles from Edinburgh in Linlithgow, known in Scotland as a ‘royal burgh’ with pubs, cafés, a palace and a great museum. Others like Pittenweem, Dunfermline and Dunbar look just as enticing.
