Halifax to Paris

WestJet has a few more direct flights from Halifax to Paris left at reasonable prices. WestJet only flies this route seasonally, starting May 6 and ending October 29. Several dates in late May and early June get you to Charles de Gaulle Airport before the prices go through the roof. I plugged in May 24 – June 8 and got $532.

Of course, there’s so much to see in Paris, it’s hard to know where to start. Some of my favourite moments included picnicking on the banks of the Seine as dancers practiced the tango, watching painters at work on Montmartre, overdosing on art in the Louvre and of course climbing the Eiffel Tower.

And if the trip is long enough, Paris is a great base for day trips to the Loire Valley, Versailles and Giverny.
